Reservation and Refund Policy

For all reservations made on the BlocBox-Training website, blocbox-training.com, the following policy below is binding. The reservation and refund policy is valid for all products bookable on blocbox-training.com. By making a reservation for all the products on blocbox-training.com you do accept the following policys:

All online reservations are binding.
Reservation would only be guaranteed after a successful payment with a valid credit card, PayPal or wire transfer.

Refunds on all bookings no matter which product are as follows:

Cancellations from the reserved time slot up to 8 days before the start of the reserved time slot require a processing fee of 20%.
Cancellations from the reserved time slot up to 2 days before the start of the reserved time slot require a processing fee of 50%
There will be no refund for cancellations after 2 days before the reservation.

BlocBox Training can claim the right to withdraw if the scheduled execution of the reservation is made considerably more difficult, endangered or impaired by unforeseeable, extraordinary circumstances, such as in cases such as major geological or political events resulting in major damage to the facility. The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the amounts already paid.

Importante:

All participants using our facility should sign our Terms of Use. We will not be responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur in our facility with people that did not sign our Terms of Use. By making a booking you do agree that you have read and understood the sentences above. By making a reservation you agree that you are responsible to inform all participants about the need of signing our Terms of Use. Of course we will do our best to also point this out inside our Facility. To support we will have a paper version available at the facility to make it possible to signing the terms of use in the facility.
